About
Hi, I’m Julie. I’m in your corner.
Mental health coach, based in West Ryde, Sydney. Sessions online, Australia-wide, from wherever feels like home to you.
Online, Australia-wide
“…a particularly meaningful career that promotes ongoing self discovery and lifelong learning every day of the year.”
Julie, on why she coaches
Why I coach.
I thoroughly enjoy working as a mental health coach. It is especially rewarding because I observe profound personal growth, I help empower clients to overcome obstacles, I assist clients in building deep human connections with the people they love and care about the most, and I am afforded the flexibility of working remotely in a particularly meaningful career that promotes ongoing self discovery and lifelong learning every day of the year.
I won’t hand you advice. I’ll help you hear yourself clearly, set a direction that is yours, and stay steady while you walk it.
I work online, which means sessions happen from wherever feels like home to you: the couch, the car, the kitchen table. No waiting room, no commute, no one in the corridor.
How I work.
- Listening first
You’ll do most of the talking, especially early on. I ask questions that help you hear what you already know.
- Practical, not preachy
Every session ends with something real to try. Not a worksheet for the sake of it, a small, doable next step.
- Honest about limits
I’m a coach, not a therapist. If you need a psychologist or a GP, I’ll tell you plainly and help you find one.
- At your pace
We agree the rhythm together and revisit it as we go. Some seasons need more; some need less.
Where next
Ready when you are.
One free, unhurried conversation. If it isn’t the right fit, that’s completely okay.
