Feeling like yourself again starts with one conversation.
Warm, practical mental health coaching. Online, wherever you are in Australia. No referrals, no waitlists, no judgement.
Sessions from wherever feels like home
Some seasons are heavier than others.
Running on empty and calling it normal.
Lying awake rehearsing conversations.
Snapping at the people you love, then feeling terrible about it.
Knowing something has to change, just not where to start.
You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support. You need somewhere to start, and someone in your corner.
What we can work on
What we can work on, together.
- Stress & burnoutwhen work has quietly eaten the rest of your life
- Overthinking & worrythe 2am replays and the what-ifs
- Low mood & flat patcheswhen everything works but nothing feels good
- Confidence & self-worthturning the volume down on the inner critic
- Boundaries & people-pleasingsaying no without the three-day guilt spiral
- Life transitionsseparation, career change, chapters you didn’t choose
- Habits & momentumsmall routines that actually stick
- Reconnectionwith people, and with yourself
Coaching starts with a pause.
Most of us are so busy coping that we never stop to look at what we’re carrying. Sessions make room to put it down, look at it properly, and decide what happens next.
Try it while you’re here: in for four, out for six.
Simple, from the first call.
-
A free intro call
A short call, video or phone. You talk, I listen, and we work out if we’re the right fit. No forms to fill in first.
-
Sessions, at your pace
50 minutes, video or phone, at a rhythm we agree on together, from wherever you’re comfortable: the couch, the car, the kitchen table.
-
Tools you keep
Every session ends with something practical to try. Small shifts, repeated, are how things actually change.

with your one wild and precious life?”
Hi, I’m Julie.
Mental health coach · West Ryde, Sydney · sessions online, Australia-wide
I thoroughly enjoy working as a mental health coach. It is especially rewarding because I observe profound personal growth, I help empower clients to overcome obstacles, I assist clients in building deep human connections with the people they love and care about the most, and I am afforded the flexibility of working remotely in a particularly meaningful career that promotes ongoing self discovery and lifelong learning every day of the year.
I won’t hand you advice. I’ll help you hear yourself clearly, set a direction that is yours, and stay steady while you walk it.
More about Julie
Coaching, not therapy — and honest about the difference.
Coaching is focused on the future: practical steps towards balance and growth. A coach doesn’t diagnose conditions, prescribe medication or treat trauma. If what you’re carrying needs a psychologist or GP, I’ll say so, and help you find them.
If you’re in crisis right now, please don’t wait for a website. Call Lifeline on 13 11 14, any hour. In an emergency, call 000.
What happens in the intro call?
We just talk. You tell me what’s going on and what you’d like to be different; I’ll explain how coaching would work for that. If we’re a fit, we book a first session. If not, no hard feelings. I’ll point you somewhere useful.
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching suits you if you want to build self-awareness, handle stress or everyday anxiety, manage a life change, improve habits and mindset, or find motivation and accountability. If you live with PTSD, schizophrenia, or severe anxiety or depression, clinical care is the right first step, and I’ll help you find it.
What does it cost?
The intro call is free. Sessions are $80 for 50 minutes, with no packages or lock-in.
How do online sessions work?
We meet over video, from wherever suits you, anywhere in Australia. All you need is a quiet spot and an internet connection.
Is what I share private?
What you share in sessions stays between us. The one exception: if I’m ever seriously worried about your safety or someone else’s, I’ll talk with you about getting more support. I’ll explain exactly how that works before we begin.
Ready when you are.
One free, unhurried conversation. If it isn’t the right fit, that’s completely okay.
